  2. We send you a fixed price by phone or message, with a short visit only if something can’t be judged from photos.
  3. We agree a day that suits you , any day of the week, then clear, load and sweep through before we leave.

Photos That Help Us Price It

You don’t need many. Three good photos usually tell us more than a long description.

  • A wide shot of each room, taken from the doorway
  • The loft, garage, shed and garden if they’re part of the job
  • Anything very heavy or awkward, such as a piano, a range cooker or an American-style fridge
  • In the message, the floor the property is on, any steps, and where a van can park

Questions About Getting a Quote

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually the same day. If you send it late in the evening, expect to hear from us the next day. If you’re working to a date, say so in your message.

Do I need to be at the property for a quote?

No. Photos are enough for most jobs, so there’s no need to meet us there. If something can’t be judged from photos, such as a loft we can’t see into, we’ll arrange a quick visit at a time that suits.

What if I can’t take photos?

Describe the rooms and roughly what’s in them in the message box, or ring 029 2271 5222 and talk it through. We can give a guide price over the phone and confirm it on a short visit.

I live away from the property. Can you still help?

Yes. Many clearances, especially after a bereavement, are arranged by family members or executors who live elsewhere. We can arrange collecting a key and send photos as the job goes, so you don’t have to travel.

Is the quote really free?

Yes, and there’s no obligation to go ahead. The price covers the job you’ve shown us. If there turns out to be noticeably more to clear than the photos showed, we’ll agree any change with you before we carry on.
