What We Collect
When you ask for a quote using our form
- Your name, phone number, email address, and the address and postcode of the property
- Your message, and up to three photos you choose to upload
When you phone, text or email us
Your number or email address, and whatever you tell us about the job.
When we carry out a clearance
- The property address, access arrangements and your contact details
- What we cleared, when, and the agreed price, invoice and payment records
- Waste transfer notes, which the law requires for waste we take away
- For bereavement or probate clearances, the name of the executor, solicitor or family member instructing us, and any instructions about what to keep or set aside
- Photos of the work in progress, where you ask us to send them while the job is under way

Sensitive information
We don’t ask for information about anyone’s health. If you choose to tell us something about health or personal circumstances so that we can plan a clearance sensitively, we use it only for that job and don’t keep it longer than we need to.

How to switch statistics off

Keeping Your Information Safe
This website is served over a secure, encrypted connection. Enquiries and job records are kept in password-protected accounts and are only seen by people who need them to deal with your job. Paper records, such as waste transfer notes, are stored securely and shredded when no longer needed.
Concerns and Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first through our contact page, by phone on 029 2271 5222 or in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and reply as soon as we can.
