Areas We Cover
House Clearance Across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan & South Wales
We're based in Cardiff and cover the city, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Caerphilly — the same team and vehicles wherever you are, not a subcontracted local. Find your area below, or just get in touch and we'll confirm.

Below are the areas we cover for house clearance, bereavement and probate clearance, hoarded properties, garages, gardens, bulky waste and commercial clearance. If your area isn't listed, it's still worth asking — we cover plenty of places beyond this list.
Cardiff
We're Cardiff-based, so the whole city is home turf — from Victorian terraces in Roath and Canton through to the newer estates out at Pontprennau and St Mellons. Cardiff Council residents can use the Lamby Way and Bessemer Close recycling centres, and the council runs its own bulky collection service, but private clearance covers what those can't: full properties, any volume, usually within a day or two.
Vale of Glamorgan
We cover the Vale as standard, from Penarth and Barry through to Cowbridge and Llantwit Major out west. Vale of Glamorgan Council residents use the Atlantic Trading Estate site in Barry, and the council's bulky collection typically needs booking well in advance — which is where private clearance tends to fill the gap.
Bridgend
We cover Bridgend and the surrounding towns, out as far as Porthcawl on the coast and up the valley to Maesteg. Bridgend County Borough Council operates its own recycling and bulky waste arrangements, separate from Cardiff's — worth checking before assuming what applies where.
Rhondda Cynon Taf
Pontypridd, Llantrisant and the surrounding towns are all within our regular working area, straight up the A470 and A4119 from Cardiff. Rhondda Cynon Taf Council runs its own bulky waste and recycling arrangements, distinct from Cardiff's and the Vale's.
Caerphilly
We cover Caerphilly and the villages along the A468 corridor, a short run north-east of Cardiff. Caerphilly County Borough Council operates separately again for recycling and bulky collections, so what applies in Cardiff won't necessarily apply here.
Why Use a Cardiff-Based Team Outside Cardiff?
Plenty of clearance companies list dozens of towns and then subcontract the work to whoever's nearest. We don't — the team and vehicles that turn up in Pontypridd or Porthcawl are the same ones that work in Cardiff every day, with the same recycling, auction and charity contacts behind them. That matters most on the jobs where it's not just about lifting: bereavement and probate clearances, hoarded properties, and anything where items need identifying rather than just removing.
Services Available Across All Areas
Every service we offer is available throughout the areas listed above — full and partial house clearance, bereavement clearance, probate clearance, hoarded house clearance, garage clearance, garden clearance, shed clearance, bulky waste collection, rubbish removal and office and commercial clearance.

Frequently Asked Questions — Areas We Cover
Which areas do you cover for house clearance?
We cover Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Caerphilly. That includes every Cardiff district as well as towns like Barry, Penarth, Cowbridge, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Pontypridd and Caerphilly. If your area isn't listed, call 0292 2715222 and we'll confirm.
Do you charge more for areas further from Cardiff?
Distance is one of several things we factor into a quote, alongside volume, access and how much sorting is involved — but we quote every job individually rather than applying a blanket surcharge by postcode. Send us a photo and we'll give you an accurate price up front.
Do you subcontract work in outlying areas?
No — the same team and vehicles cover every area we list. That means the same standards, the same recycling and charity contacts, and the same care on sensitive jobs like bereavement or hoarded property clearances, wherever you are.
How is this different from my council's bulky waste collection?
Each council in our coverage area — Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Caerphilly — runs its own bulky collection service with different rules, charges and waiting times. They're useful for a few specific items on a scheduled date, but they won't clear a full property in one visit. We collect anything, in any volume, usually within a day or two.
How quickly can you get to my area?
We work seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, and can usually arrange collection within a day or two anywhere in our coverage area. Send a photo through and we'll confirm a price and the next available slot straight away.
Do you cover Newport or areas further east?
Our core coverage runs from Bridgend in the west across to Caerphilly and the eastern edge of Cardiff. We do take on work slightly beyond this depending on the job, so if you're just outside the areas listed, it's still worth getting in touch.
